Jenny is a healthcare expert at PA and leads the work in health analytics. She is a health analytics professional with over 10 years’ experience working with health data in academia and consulting in the NHS and internationally. Working alongside healthcare organisations she helps them to derive insight and drive improvement in through understanding and exploiting data. She has particular expertise in the measurement of quality and efficiency of clinical care. 

Jenny has developed a range of analytical tools for the healthcare sector and embedded these into clinical and operational practice. These include a product to investigate and track use of resources across hospitals, a theatre scheduling solution and a benchmarking tool to highlight variation in clinical outcomes at consultant level.  

She has significant experience leading analytics for national NHS programmes. She is currently leading analytics for the National Clinical Improvement Programme which forms part of the GIRFT project. Her team are working with hundreds of leading clinicians to develop and provide outcome measures to consultants across the NHS.
