In April, we ran the HSJ Leadership Virtual Congress where discussions focused extensively on provider collaboratives and ICS structures, and how to ensure these are conducive to overall objectives and patient outcomes. The importance of collaborative working and leveraging digital solutions to achieve system goals took centre stage, and were underpinned by learnings from the NHS’ covid-19 response efforts.
